The level of influence is greatest during project initiation, concept development and pre-project planning. Developing a solid project charter is one of the most important steps as it defines what will otherwise be a fuzzy front end.  A project chartering session provides management with a high level project view and improves governance by creating the framework to properly steer the project.

There are two critical parts to initiating a project correctly - the first is completely identifying the scope of the product, and the second is getting everyone involved to understand their roles and responsibilities. We have a dedicated team who help our customers at every stage of the project.

This division has been operational since the year 2010. Till date we have done 4 fixtures, handled over 15000 tons of cargo to African countries.

Our target is to have 4-5 fixture notes that will handle 20000 tonnes of cargo annually.

To assist our projects we offer various support services required to completely the project,  We have strategic alliance with reputed International suppliers and manufacturers.

For example we have imported flexi tank bags from china and supplied them to the shippers who export liquid cargo. We have supplied over 400 bags last year and our target is to supply 600 bags this year.

We are authorised agents of UK based company, Bond International one of the largest manufacturer of tank containers. We are acting as their agents to finalise contract for leasing of tank containers.
